Welcome to AAA Compliance Services, LLC (“AAA Compliance,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and all other referenced documents, govern your access to and use of our website, digital tools, and all services offered by AAA Compliance (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
AAA Compliance Services, LLC is a private, third-party provider offering BOC-3 filing and other transportation compliance services for a fee. We are not affiliated with the FMCSA, USDOT, or any government agency. This Platform and its services are a commercial solicitation.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the Platform or our services. If you access the Platform on behalf of a business or legal entity, you affirm that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on its behalf.
1. Consent and Agreement
By using the Platform, you confirm that you:

Accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Understand that AAA Compliance may modify these Terms at any time.
Any updated Terms take effect immediately once posted. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of all changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms regularly.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age,

You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and

You meet all eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for:

Arranging your own access to the Platform, and
-
Ensuring anyone using the Platform through your account, device, or internet connection complies with these Terms.
If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, you must not use the Platform.
3. Right to Modify or Suspend the Platform
AAA Compliance may, at its sole discretion:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Platform;

Restrict access to any part or all of the Platform;

Change or remove services, features, or content;
We are not liable for any unavailability or service interruption. Updates may occur without prior notice.
4. Description of Services
AAA Compliance offers Customers various transportation compliance services, including but not limited to:
1. USDOT Registration Services
Obtaining, updating, reactivating, or deactivating USDOT numbers.
2. FMCSA Operating Authority Services
MC number registration, reinstatement, revocation support, name changes, and related filings.
3. Unified Carrier Registration (UCR)
Filing for carriers, brokers, leasing companies, and freight forwarders operating interstate.
4. Broker Registration Services
USDOT and MC number services for freight brokers and biennial updates.
5. Compliance Assessment Services
Status review of MCS-150 filings, UCR compliance, BOC-3 process agent filings, and steps to restore active status.
6. Highway Use Tax and Permit Services
New York HUT, New Mexico WDT, Kentucky KYU filings, IRP-related requirements.
7. Quarterly Fuel Tax Filings and Permits
IFTA filings, KYU, NY HUT, NM WDT permits, and related tax return filings.
Services are provided based solely on the information you supply. AAA Compliance is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the Customer.
5. Orders and Customer Responsibilities
Customers may place orders through the Platform or via our support channels. By placing an order, you agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and verifiable information;

Authorize AAA Compliance to use your information to complete filings;
-
Confirm all details before submission;
-
Understand that all services rely entirely on the information you provide.
AAA Compliance is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent customer information.
6. Filing Process and Authorization
Once the Customer provides required information and payment, AAA Compliance will prepare and submit filings using the Customer-provided details. By submitting an order, you:

Authorize AAA Compliance to charge your provided payment method;

Agree to resolve disputes directly with AAA Compliance before issuing any chargebacks;

Understand that filings begin only after payment is received.
Processing times:

Standard orders are generally completed within 48 business hours, depending on workload.
-
Express Processing orders are prioritized.
-
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST (excluding holidays).
7. Service Pricing
Pricing is based on the services selected. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Current pricing is reflected on the Platform or service-specific pages.
Additional governmental fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Customer.
8. Payments
By submitting payment, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information,
-
Pay all applicable service fees and taxes,
-
Allow AAA Compliance to charge your payment method for the agreed amount.
You are responsible for ensuring adequate funds and valid payment credentials.
9. Delinquent Accounts and Collections
If payment is not received or is reversed:

AAA Compliance may assess late fees of 1.5% per month (not exceeding 18% annually),
-
Accounts may be referred to collections,
-
You will be responsible for all collection costs, including attorney’s fees.
10. Refund Policy
All refunds and cancellations must follow our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Monitoring and Recording
AAA Compliance may record or monitor calls, chats, or other communications for:

Quality assurance,
-
Training,
-
Compliance,
-
Fraud prevention.
This may occur without additional notice.
12. Co-Browsing
Co-browsing allows AAA Compliance representatives limited view-only access to your current browsing session on the Platform. Representatives:
-
Cannot see other applications,
-
Cannot control your device unless explicitly authorized by you.
Co-browsing may occur without additional notice.
13. Screen Sharing
Screen sharing allows expanded visibility for support purposes. AAA Compliance:
-
Cannot access unrelated tabs or applications,
-
Cannot control your device unless authorized.
Screen sharing may occur without further notice.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
AAA Compliance is not a government agency. All filings are completed based on Customer-supplied information.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, including:

Accuracy
-
Completeness
-
Reliability
-
Uninterrupted availability
AAA Compliance does not guarantee:
-
Government approval of any filing,
-
Acceptance of permits or registrations,
-
Correction of customer errors.
All filings depend entirely on the accuracy of information submitted by the Customer.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

AAA Compliance’s total liability shall not exceed $100, or the amount paid for the specific service, whichever is less.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
-
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or government approval of filings.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions, and those limitations may not apply to you.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy constitute the entire agreement between AAA Compliance and the Customer.
If any provision is found invalid, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and all other provisions will remain in effect.
17. Waiver
Failure by AAA Compliance to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
18. Arbitration Agreement
All disputes not resolved through negotiation will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lake County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive the right to a trial by jury.
Some claims, such as those protected under federal law, may be exempt from arbitration.
19. Attorneys’ Fees
The prevailing party in any dispute or arbitration arising from these Terms is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

Recoverable costs may include:

Travel expenses

Expert witness fees

Mediation and arbitration fees

21. Class Action Waiver
All claims must be brought individually. You waive any right to participate in:

If this clause is found unenforceable, it will be severed, but the remainder of the Terms will remain valid.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Lake County.
23. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AAA Compliance harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from:

Your breach of these Terms,

Your misuse of the Platform,

Your uploaded or submitted content,
-
Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
24. Intellectual Property
AAA Compliance owns all rights to the Platform and its content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Platform except as permitted by these Terms.
